To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors' website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

ONLY unused or unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Such returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Used or opened boxes are NOT returnable under Berkey’s Dealer policy.
To initiate your return/ refund, you must first contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The return shipping cost is to be paid by you, the customer. After receiving your return and inspecting it, Extreme Wellness Supply will issue the refund.

Everything was fine on Xtreme Wellness end there was a slight snafu with FedEx but a call to customer service rectified that. I would definitely use them again.
