    10 Day Return and Refund Policy – US buyers only

    Note: If you live outside the US, we cannot accept returns for refunds at this time. All sales to international destinations will be considered final, and no refunds will be allowed.

    PURE Juicer is completely dedicated to your satisfaction. If, during the first 10 days after delivery of your PURE Juicer, you decide that it does not meet your requirements for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price for your juicer, minus round trip shipping plus the cost of cleaning and re-stocking the juicer. This fee in the continental USA is $300. The re-stocking fee covers deep cleaning of the machine plus replacement of the food contact parts that can no longer be considered new, and repackaging the juicer in a new carton. If expedited shipping was purchased, PURE will refund the cost of standard shipping only.

    If there is damage to the machine resulting from incorrect packing when the machine is returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return or assess additional charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. These additional charges will vary based on part replacement cost and labor time to restore the machine to as-new condition. If you elect to return the machine and do not pack it properly, you agree that we have the right of final determination of what those additional charges will be.

    If you want to return your juicer within the first 10 days, you must call or contact info@extremewellnesssupply.com prior to shipment and receive a return authorization number (RAN). We cannot accept any shipments of PURE Juicers to our facility without a RAN. You will be responsible for shipping the PURE Juicer back to our facility, however, you can ship on our account to provide you the best possible shipping price. If you elect to ship on our account, the cost of shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

    If you return your PURE Juicer within the 10-day period, the following guidelines must be followed to qualify for a maximum refund:

    • The juicer must be returned clean and undamaged, in as-new condition
    • The cutter and feed tube must be free of tannin staining
    • PURE will provide instructions showing the correct packing
    • The juicer must be in the original box with all foam parts in as-new condition
    • The juicer must be insured for the full value of the purchase
    • If dirty or damaged, a cleaning fee and a restocking fee will apply. Additionally, we will charge for missing or damaged parts, and labor to restore the machine in as-new condition. Typically bags, cloths and pusher will require replacement
    • If there is shipping damage the refund will be held by PURE Juicers until the insurance is processed and paid
    • If the claim is not paid it is the responsibility of the shipper and the cost of repair will be deducted from the refund
     
  • We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors' website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

    Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

    • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
    • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
    • The item must be in stock on the competitors' website
    • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
    • The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
    • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
    • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
