I was so thrilled when this arrived. (It did take about 5 months) Used it the very same day. It ground the wheat quickly and was not nearly as loud as I was expecting. Video on the website where I purchased gave a great example about setup and adjusting the grit.

It took awhile to get the Mill.... packaging was great!! Instructions were easy to understand... The mill works amazingly
I absolutely love this press. I didn’t realize how much tincture I was leaving on the table. Especially tinctures made using powder herbs. Love, the fact that I have the ability to move the press to the side when it’s not in use, unlike some of its counterparts, which are large and bulky.
If you make juice or tinctures from a pulp, then this is definitely a must have!
Customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. They are very friendly and responded quickly to every question that I had.
The mill took a while to ship out (maybe 2 weeks), but customer service was courteous and prompt to give updates when I asked. Like others have experienced, it did arrive with damage to the enamel in multiple spots. It’s understandable with such a heavy item being shipped from Europe, but one would think that with multiple instances, the manufacturer and supplier would take necessary measures to ensure better product protection during shipment - and I hope that Extreme Wellness will strongly recommend this to the supplier. That said, Extreme Wellness customer service was quick to get some touch up paint sent out by the supplier. I wish such a nice (and costly) piece wouldn’t have such blemishes, but it doesn’t impede the functionality of the mill and I’m overall satisfied by the customer service.
I find it mills quickly and efficiently. If there was one thing I could change it would be the flimsy plastic lid to the flour canister and the spout that connects to the mill. I fear it won’t last long.
I'd never heard of this place, but it was the only place at the time taking orders for the mill I wanted so I placed and order and had an unexpected question which was answered by a real person during the weekend. The service didn't stop there. I ahd weekly updates letting me know I hadn't been forgotten, but also encouraging I reach out anytime. The directions were simple and clear which helped me make sure my order was placed correctly. Oh, and I love my new mill which arrived securely packaged! I would definitely order through you again!
It took about 5 weeks for it to ship but I got a weekly update email which was super helpful. Mill was perfect out of the box. I’ve made pancakes, cookies, bread with my fresh milled flour already. The flour was perfectly milled and the food is amazing!!!
I received my Mockmill 100 while on vacation so was unable to use it for a week! I am so happy with it. The wheat berries mill so fine for my cookies and bread. The mill was on backorder but I was notified by email weekly as to the statusso it went smoothly. I highly recommend this mill and I will definitely purchase from Extreme Wellness Supply again!
