Good for AIP

I got this dehydrator to make my own jerky and dried fruit. I’ve only be able to use it for making jerky but for that purpose it performed really well and I’m super excited to see what else I can make it home.

Excited !!!

My wife and I love our Samson Dehydrator and look forward to using it every time we have the chance to dehydrate fruits and vegetables but my favorite is the beef jerky I made for the first time ever ! It is sooooo good ! We mostly look on YouTube for ideas , tips and tricks. The only negative is that the digital thermostat jumps temps when setting so we can just set it at for instance 135 degrees because it either stops at 131 or 140. No in between ! In my opinion that should be something that the manufacturer would improve on ! But overall it’s not even close to a deal break because the unit works awesome ( like I said we have used it a lot ) and there have been no issues. This unit is big but my wife thinks its a good looking dehydrator so it’s now a permanent appliance on our kitchen countertop. Wish I could add a pic but I don’t see that option.
